Thanks for sharing these useful tips. I think losing weight and being healthy takes alot of effort and discipline. There are many ways of doing it, such as dancing, going to the gym,yoga etc. I prefer dancing a go-go style, because its a whole body workout and really works for me.:) It's really important that we choose a workout that best fits our interest to prevent us from being bored and doing the same thing everyday. :)
